This beautiful place lives right around the corner, and we dropped by on Monday for lunch.  I was happy to find the taste of tuna melt has not changed in over ten years:-)).

Suffering from deep seasonal affliction…

Mostly because of the wonderful weather we have been having in my hometown of Brooklyn, NY. February has been miserable, but picturesque. So armed with my Lumix GF-1 I go on a daily shooting rampage, and here’s what comes out.

Savory moments indeed!!!!

My memories were traveling around my head, just like karma wheel going round and round and round, but they kept coming back to a wonderful pace – Japan. And so was my cooking for the last few weeks. Today I took a trip to Tokyo, don’t remember the name of the neighborhood, don’t remember the name of a restaurant, but I do remember the tonkatsu! Tonight, when I made dinner I only wished we could procure the pork of the same quality as I had that night.

First Impressions

I'm smiling tonight, my Adana 85 has finally made an impression.

Some might say "Where is the ink?", but I say - hold your horses,

I'm still learning.
