Inspirational Art - Shanna Fliegel

Lovely work by Shanna Fliegel.  If I had money I would surely buy this piece:

Endemic to Antarctica: From 3,000 to 400

This guy reminds me of work by China MiĆ©ville.  I can so picture him walking around somewhere in Perdido Street Station:-).

Baby Love

Still love to shoot... Ever since daddy/husband gave up his Olympus EP2, due to it's unacceptable performance,... he he he - I've been experimenting with its 'Art' mode.   I especially love the 'Grainy Film' filter.  Imagine all the pleasure of camera work and zero Photoshop - makes momma happy.

We are fourteen month old and our first molar has just broken through..

Duke Farms

For those with time and desire to travel - check out Duke Farms.
Hour and thirty minutes from Brooklyn if driving.   One should always expect traffic getting off Verrazano bridge and Goethals as well.  The kiddo loved it too... happy travels.

Inspirational Art - Nobuhiro Nakanishi

As promised, mostly to myself of course, I'll start compiling a long list of artists who's work appeal to me personally.  They touch me on the level which is not always understood intellectually, but rather felt and communicated spiritually.  I will not discuss the work, it is simply a "note to self".
