Birds

The Birds - oh how good they are, and how easy!!!  Allow me to share my inspirations with you and introduce you to some of the best chefs in the world.  Number one: the art of roast chicken with the help of the most exquisite Thomas Keller and enchanting Michael Ruhlman.  The chefs freely share their wisdom for the benefit of the mere mortals, and you can find them here and here.



Number two: the duck.  My other obsession for the last month has been a beautiful blog by the name of Caviar and Codfish.  The owner Robin Damstra is a wonder and here is her recipe.  And this one  came out of my oven:-)))
