The Birds - oh how good they are, and how easy!!! Allow me to share my inspirations with you and introduce you to some of the best chefs in the world. Number one: the art of roast chicken with the help of the most exquisite Thomas Keller and enchanting Michael Ruhlman. Number two: the duck. My other obsession for the last month has been a beautiful blog by the name of Caviar and Codfish. The owner Robin Damstra is a wonder and here is her recipe. And this one came out of my oven:-)))
